HOW DO I GET TO JCAL?

PLEASE NOTE:  We are not a FringeHUB show. Please come directly to the venue for the performance.

BY SUBWAY/TRAIN/BUS:

  • E or J/Z train to Jamaica Center, Parsons Blvd./Archer Avenue: (last stop on these lines). Board front of train and exit station via furthermost left. Walk ½ a block North to Jamaica Ave. and 1 west on Jamaica Ave

  • F train to Parsons Blvd: On Hillside Avenue, walk approximately 3 blocks on Parsons Blvd. to Jamaica Ave., make a right on Jamaica Ave. We are 1 block from Parsons Blvd. & Jamaica Ave.

  • Long Island Railroad (LIRR) to Jamaica Station at Sutphin Blvd. & Archer Avenue:  Walk 1 block North on Sutphin Blvd. to Jamaica Ave. and approximately five blocks east on Jamaica Ave.

BY BUS:

  • Q 1, Q2, Q3, Q4, Q5, Q6, Q8, Q9, Q9A, Q21, Q24, Q25, Q31, Q34, Q36, Q41, Q42, Q43, Q44, Q54, Q56, Q65, Q83, Q84, Q85, Q110, Q111, Q112, Q113, N1, N2, N3, N6, N22, N22A, N24, N26, & X32.

PARKING:

There are several parking garages in the area.

  • Central Parking 90-15 Parsons Blvd (90th Ave between Parsons Blvd & 160th St.)

  • Central Parking 89-35 162nd Street (162nd & 163rd St. between 89th & Jamaica Ave)

  • Central Parking 159-02 Jamaica Ave (160th St. between Archer & Jamaica Ave)

  • Metered parking is available on the side streets and is enforced until 7pm.

IS JCAL FULLY ACCESSIBLE?

Yes! There are no steps or inclines leading to the entrance. There is a pathway ramp to enter JCAL and a motorized chair lift is available in the theatre lobby to enter the theatre. The theatre features open seating in the rear of the theatre whose view is completely unobstructed.

WHERE DO I PICK UP MY TICKETS?
You don’t! All tickets are online through Eventbrite. Please bring your ticket with you to the venue, either on your mobile device or printed out.

CAN I USE MY FRINGE FIVERS PASS OR FRINGE FLEX PASS HERE?
You most certainly can! Your Fringe Fivers or Flex pass is good for admission to the show as long as you have shows left on it.

Please note: you still have to purchase a ticket online using your Fringe Fivers or Flex code. You must do this between September 1st, 2018 and September 30th, 2018. Afterward, your codes are invalidated and you are unable to use your pass for any Fringe performance.

WHAT IS THE NEW YORK INTERNATIONAL FRINGE FESTIVAL?

One of the largest multi-arts festivals in the continent, the New York International Fringe Festival is a presentation of 84 productions across New York City. A presentation of The Present Company since 1997, this year marks the highly awaited return of the Fringe Festival, following a one year hiatus.

IS THE SHOW APPROPRIATE FOR CHILDREN?

While we invite audience members to use their own discretion, please note that the show does feature a large amount of profanity and heavy description of adult situations.

WHAT IS SEATING LIKE?

The 99-seat theatre is general admission seating, but don’t worry- the space is structured so every seat in the house is a great seat!
